About Us

We are a non-profit volunteer organization founded in 2018 dedicated to patrolling the river in Limerick during the night, offering support to individuals who may need someone to talk to. Our team is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment, where anyone feeling isolated or distressed can find a listening ear. We believe in the power of connection and understanding, and we are here to help you through difficult times. Your well-being matters to us, and we are just a conversation away when you need assistance.

Support our mission by contributing today.

Your support is vital to the work of Limerick Treaty Suicide Prevention. Every day, we provide care, understanding, and hope to individuals and families facing mental health crises or suicidal thoughts. Our mission is simple and urgent: to prevent suicide and ensure no one faces crisis alone.

We rely on the generosity of our community to continue this life-saving work. Donations directly fund essential equipment such as uniforms, jackets, and PFDs, as well as outreach, awareness campaigns, training, and support services.

Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us reach people when they need it most, reduce stigma around mental health, and build a safer, more compassionate Limerick. Thank you for supporting Limerick Treaty Suicide Prevention and helping us make a real difference.
